Terms of Use

Last updated: April 19, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of threemulesmarketing.com (the "Site") and any services offered by Three Mules Marketing (legal name: Three Mules Marketing & PR), operated by Amanda McDaniel ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or contacting us about our services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

01
About Our Services

Three Mules Marketing is a boutique digital marketing agency offering website design and development, search engine optimization (SEO), social media management, Meta advertising management, and related services for small businesses — primarily in Tennessee and Kentucky.

02
No Guarantee of Results

Digital marketing involves variables outside our control — search algorithm changes, platform policy updates, market conditions, ad auction dynamics, and more. We bring strategy, expertise, and execution.

We do not guarantee specific search rankings, lead volumes, revenue outcomes, return on ad spend, or any other performance result. Past client results featured on this site — including case studies, lead counts, and impression data — reflect individual outcomes and are not a promise of what you will achieve.

03
Intellectual Property

All content on this site — copy, graphics, case studies, photography, brand design, and methodology — is owned by Three Mules Marketing unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Client deliverables developed under a signed retainer agreement — including website designs, ad creative, and written content — transfer to the client upon full payment, per the terms of that agreement. Strategic frameworks, processes, and proprietary methodologies remain the property of Three Mules Marketing.

04
Third-Party Links

This site links to third-party websites for reference and convenience. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, terms, or availability. Those links don't imply endorsement.

05
Form Submissions and Inquiries

Submitting our contact form, pre-qualification form, or pricing opt-in does not create a client relationship, contractual obligation, or promise of services. It starts a conversation. No services are engaged until both parties have signed a written agreement.

06
Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Three Mules Marketing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or our services — including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

In any dispute, our total liability is limited to the total amount you paid us in the three months immediately preceding the claim.

07
Disclaimer of Warranties

This site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We don't warrant that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities.

08
Prohibited Uses

You may not use this site to:

  • Scrape or harvest data, content, or contact information
  • Impersonate Three Mules Marketing or Amanda McDaniel
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms
  • Interfere with or disrupt site functionality
  • Violate any applicable local, state, or federal law or regulation
09
Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this site will be resolved in the courts of Henry County, Tennessee.

10

We may update these terms as our business evolves. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
